PROCESSING TIME
Most orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped out of our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Oiwa Garage reserves the right to choose its own preferred carrier depending on various factors including, but not limited to, the carrier's historical performance, costs, and ability to deliver to your address in a timely manner. Oiwa Garage does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Oiwa Garage ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Flat Rate Shipping APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 days in transit.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that will include carrier tracking details to the shipping address you provided. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Tracking information will update on the carrier's website once the package is scanned by the carrier, usually by 7:00 pm PST. Oiwa Garage will not allow adjustments to the final destination shipping address after an order is placed.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Oiwa Garage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Oiwa Garage. Any issues with shipping related to lost or undelivered packages must be resolved by the customer directly with the carrier (extra charges may apply for address corrections, forwarding, or returning the shipment back to our warehouse).
It is possible tracking information may not be updated for several days until your package reaches your local carrier's sorting facility, transit location, or post office. In our experience, the major small parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) provide equally reliable and expedient shipping services, although errors and delays do occur from time to time. These errors and delays caused by or as a result of the carriers are not the responsibility of Oiwa Garage and must be resolved by contacting the carriers directly.

For orders that arrived damaged, have items missing, or are incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to submit a claim. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will ship out a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
Due to the volume of orders Oiwa Garage receives, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled. Please verify all order details are correct prior to placing your order.
