Returns and Exchanges
International returns or refunds are not accepted.
All sales are final except for eligible unopened returns as outlined below.
We accept unopened returns within 7 days of the order date, subject to approval and the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of the order date.

Item(s) must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all included parts, labels, and inserts.

Items must be received by Oiwa Garage in new, resalable condition.

Certain items may be non-returnable for safety and quality reasons (examples: electrical components once opened, gaskets/seals once opened, special-order items). If your return is not eligible, we will let you know at the time of request.
Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error by Oiwa Garage (wrong item shipped).
Return Authorization Required
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Shipping Damage: Oiwa Garage ensures products leave our facility in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide supporting documentation if needed.
Wrong Item Sent: If we made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will work to make it right.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Oiwa Garage is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise after the product has shipped.
Product Use and Installation: Oiwa Garage is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or installation of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and use of the products according to manufacturer guidelines.
