No - the cap and rotor are sold separately unless the listing says otherwise. Replace both together for a reliable spark.
Can I just clean my old cap instead?
Once a cap shows carbon tracking, corrosion, or a hairline crack, replace it - cleaning buys days, not miles, and a tracked cap throws the spark to the wrong cylinder.

It's pretty straight forward. The hardest part is getting the airbag wiring off the airbag. Mine was pinned on? I had to cut the plug off my airbag and then break it apart so I could use the horn plug(could probably cut that off-(since i cut it off the airbag anyway, I didn't do that). The ceramic nuggets plug into the airbag relay to shut the light off. Tape that in and plug it back in. All that fits underneath the adapter. It's fiddly but easy. The horn plugs into one of those weird rings.
Driving two vehicles. 1989 Landcruiser and 1995 Honda ACTy. Keep an eye for any parts I might need in the future. My Landcruiser parts spreadsheet is three pages long. With Oiwa Garage’s vast parts inventory I hope to be able to do the same for my ACTy.
