A key that will not turn, cranks intermittently, or lets accessories drop out in the run position points to a worn switch or cylinder. Wiggle the key while it is in run to see if the fault moves.

Can I test the switch before final assembly?

Yes - check the key turns through off, on, and start and that the electrical positions work before you refit the column trim.

Will the new keys open my doors?

No - your door locks keep the original key, so you will carry two keys unless you have the doors re-keyed to match. The two keys included here run the ignition.

Does this fit the Acty Truck?
