Originally, when I got the belt in the mail, it looked quite larger than the belt. I removed off my vehicle. I called into customer service for some advice and reassurance. Turns out my belt was just that worn down compared to the new one. The customer service was great, the belt fit perfectly and the squealing when using my headlights and heat has completely stopped. Highly recommend this product, easy install, great quality.
